Tomorrow, the Senate Judiciary Committee is holding a work session, where they will vote on Senate Bill 6. This bill makes revisions to the red flag laws passed during the 2019 session, including language to more than double the duration that authorities can keep firearms after a “red flag” order expires. The committee only heard the bill today after giving just a five hour notice. Please contact committee members and ask them to OPPOSE SB 6.
