House Bill 9 will be voted on by the full New Mexico House soon, so it is important that you contact your State Representatives and urge them to OPPOSE House Bill 9. For more information on the legislation, click here. If you don't know who your State Representative is, click here.

Senate Bill 116 by Sen. Please thank State Senators Stuart Ingle (R-Portales), Gregg Schmedes (R-Tijeras) and David Gallegos (R-Eunice) through the link above for opposing this measure.

Senate Bill 116 now moves to the Senate Judiciary Committee for consideration. Please contact committee members and urge them to OPPOSE SB 116 as we await a hearing to be scheduled.
