Grassroots Spotlight: Promoting the Second in the First!

We’re excited to report that, for the first time ever, NRA-ILA hosted the first ever SAME-DAY, TWO-PART, "NRA 2A Day” event in the First State—and it was a tremendous success!

Held consecutively at two outstanding locations—First State Firearms and X-Ring Supply in one day this inaugural event brought out passionate Second Amendment supporters from across Delaware. We were proud to be joined by our strong allies at the Delaware State Sportsmen’s Association (DSSA), who stood with us at both venues, and throughout the event to help energize and activate the local 2A community.

Both events saw fantastic turnout and engagement! We signed up both new NRA-ILA Frontlines volunteers, as well as many new NRA members. But most importantly, we had the opportunity to connect directly with some of the incredible people who make up the heart of the Second Amendment Grassroots movement in Delaware.  Our friends and neighbors, and co-workers, and all those who understand that we face a growing, and very real threat to our freedom, and have made up their minds to get involved and do something about it!

A special thank-you goes out to our hosts at First State Firearms and X-Ring Supply for their hospitality and commitment to our cause, as well as to the DSSA for their ongoing partnership and leadership in defending the Second Amendment throughout the great state of Delaware!

We’re looking forward to building on this strong momentum and continuing to grow the pro-Second Amendment Grassroots movement in the First State!
