Tomorrow, January 23, the Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on SB 116, the NRA supported reckless lawsuit preemption bill. This bill would prevent anti-gun activists from attempting to bankrupt the gun industry by filing baseless lawsuits. You can help pass this piece of legislation by contacting three members of the committee.
