Arizona - Urge Congressman Kolbe To Cosponsor H.R. 2037!

Friday, April 12, 2002

Legislation has been introduced in the U.S. Congress to protect the rights of law-abiding gun owners by stopping reckless lawsuits against the firearms and ammunition industry which attempt to hold them civilly liable for the criminal actions of others. In dozens of cities across the country, anti-gun big city mayors and liberal trial lawyers are teaming up to destroy the firearms industry through the courts and blame violence on gun and ammo makers rather than criminals. H.R. 2037 will stop these junk lawsuits in their tracks.

That’s why it’s so important that NRA members from across the state of Arizona contact pro-gun U.S. Representative Jim Kolbe today. Urge Representative Kolbe to co-sponsor H.R. 2037 and join over 215 Members of Congress, including all of Arizona’s other pro-gun U.S. Representatives, who are already co-sponsoring this critical bill (which has been enacted at the state level in Arizona).
