House Bill 1243 has passed the Oklahoma Legislature and is now heading to Governor Brad Henry’s (D) desk for his signature. HB 1243 provides employers and employees legal protection if a gun is taken from an employee’s vehicle and used to commit a crime. NRA-ILA would like to give special thanks to Representative Greg Piatt (R-48) for his dedication and persistence.
