Gun Rationing Scheme Passes New Jersey Assembly!

On Monday, June 11 the New Jersey General Assembly passed A3511, legislation that will restrict law-abiding citizens from purchasing more than one handgun in a calendar month by a vote of 51-25 with 4 members choosing to abstain. The individual vote count is posted below.

 

Thank you for your phone calls and emails voicing your opposition to this bill.  Please check to see how your Assembly member voted on A3511.  If your Assembly member voted for A3511, please contact him or her and respectfully remind them that you will remember their vote when he or she is up for re-election in November.  If your Assembly member opposed the measure, please thank them for their support of your Second Amendment rights.  Contact information can be found by clicking here or by using the “Write Your Representatives” tool below.
