Following yesterday's tragic shooting at Northern Illinois University, Sen. Obama said he believes in the Second Amendment, but that there is plenty of room for added gun regulations. "There is an individual right to bear arms, but it's subject to commonsense regulation," he said. According to Sen. Obama, these "commonsense" regulations include serializing each bullet and shell casing in a cartridge of ammunition and letting local jurisdictions set their own laws regarding gun ownership as is the case in Washington, D.C. and Chicago.
