Attend Firearms Law Seminar in Indianapolis

Please join us at the Annual National Firearms Law Seminar, to be held on Friday, April 14th, as part of the NRA Annual Meetings. The Seminar will be at the Marriott Indianapolis Downtown. This all-day seminar provides legal instruction for attorneys and all others interested in Second Amendment law. CLE credit for all states is available.

Topics will include the Bruen decision from the U.S. Supreme Court, litigation in light of the Bruen decision, executive orders governing pistol braces and the definition of firearm and receivers, wildlife law enforcement, handling a self-defense case, ATF’s new “zero tolerance” policy, environmental range considerations, intellectual property for the firearms industry, and legal ethics. Special luncheon speaker, Professor E. Gregory Wallace, will cover “assault weapons” prohibitions.
