Kentucky: Concealed Carry Expansion Legislation Hearing Tomorrow

Tomorrow, March 6th, the Senate Judiciary will hold a hearing on Senate Bill 75, allowing law-abiding adults aged 18-20 to carry a concealed firearm for self-defense. The hearing will begin at 9am.

Please contact members of the committee TODAY and urge them to SUPPORT SB 75 by using the TAKE ACTION button below.

Senate Bill 75 removes discriminatory restrictions prohibiting law-abiding adults aged 18-20 from carrying a concealed firearm for self-defense. Recent court rulings have held that 18-20-year-olds cannot be disenfranchised from handgun ownership, and pro-gun legislators are proactively seeking to expand the right to self-defense and concealed carry to all law-abiding legal adults.
