Alaska: Mandatory Storage Bill Introduced

On Friday, March 14th, House Bill 134, which enacts mandatory firearm storage requirements, was introduced. It has been referred to the House State Affairs Committee, but has not been scheduled for a hearing yet.

Please contact members of the State Affairs Committee and urge them to OPPOSE HB 134!

House Bill 134 creates mandatory firearm storage requirements that could subject an individual to both criminal and civil liability for unauthorized access.
