Delaware: 2022 Legislative Session Convenes Today

Today, January 11^th, the Delaware General Assembly begins the 2022 legislative session. Anti-gun bills that were defeated last year are back up for consideration. Senate Bill 3 seeks to impose Maryland-style handgun licensing and a state registry of transfers, and Senate Bill 6 seeks to ban many ammunition magazines in common use over an arbitrary limit.

Your NRA will continue to fight these repeated attacks on your right to keep and bear arms. Our members remain the most powerful political force in American history, and together, we will secure the Second Amendment for present and future generations.
