In the wake of this week's court decision on Ballot Measure 114, anti-gun radicals in the legislature intend to add insult to injury.
On Monday, March 17th, the House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on House Bill 3075, which seeks to alter the permit provisions of Ballot Measure 114 before it is even enacted. Changes include increased application costs and waiting periods. Later in the week, on Thursday, March 20th, House Bill 3076, the gun dealer licensing bill, will be heard in the same committee. This bill will impose significant restrictions and penalties on lawful and already highly regulated Federal Firearms License businesses.
Please contact members of the House Judiciary Committee directly by using the TAKE ACTION button below and urge them to OPPOSE HB 3075 and HB 3076!
We can anticipate anti-gun members of the Legislature will continue their attacks on the Second Amendment. Please stay tuned to the NRA-ILA website and your inbox for future updates as the session progresses.
